I understand that these are stressful times for each and every one of us. The recent COVID-19 outbreak has brought with it an unprecedented level of anxiety and uncertainty regarding the extent of the impact that this situation will have not only on our ongoing daily lives but our immediate and long-term futures.

As the repercussions of the economic slowdown begin to show, many Florida consumers and small businesses will understandably have questions regarding their financial obligations, debt, and bankruptcy. Please rest assured I am here to help in this time of need.

In keeping with the guidelines established by the United States Government and the State of Florida, I am implementing the following protocols and procedures effective immediately which will remain in place indefinitely:

• My office is and will remain open, however, I will only be taking consultations and client meetings via telephone or video conference. I will not be scheduling any in-person consultations or client meetings until further notice. Please rest assured that this policy will not cause any disruption in the handling of your matter or you hiring me to assist you with your legal needs. Almost everything which needs to be done to assist my clients, at least in stabilizing their legal matters, can be done without in person meetings.
• The office receptionist remains on duty and clients who have documents and/or payments may drop them off without an appointment between 9:00am and 5:00 pm except for 12:00pm-1:00pm.

It is critical to NOT disregard legal papers, letters, service or other matters during this time.  While I understand that all Florida citizens have many demands on their time and finances these matters must be addressed as usual to protect important rights from being waived or otherwise lost.
